Eggs are one of the good nutritional substances provided by nature. They are rich in vitamin B12 and prolonged deficiency of this vitamin causes neurological damage. Omelets help our body absorb calcium and it cuts the risk of osteoporosis by a great degree. The vitamin E content and selenium content in eggs can prevent us from heart diseases. It has been found out in research that people lost weight when they had eggs in breakfast. Though doctors do accept that egg contains cholesterol but taken in right amounts it can be very helpful for our health. The recent research also points outs that egg reduces bad cholesterol and increases good cholesterol only.
